The “+Humans +Dialogues” project was born from the conviction that each person contains potentialities that, when developed, allow them to discover themselves as more human and more open to dialogue.
Throughout this 2024-2025 academic year, the project has been carried out in four face-to-face sessions at the Mariápolis Loreto Centre (Castell d'Aro, Girona), also under the title “+Humans +Dialogues”, led by Francesc Brunés, with the support of the LAR magazine.
Organized as a presentation, discussion, small-group work, socializing, and relaxed conversation during lunch and breaks, they allowed participants, in Francesc's words:
“…to explore, through experience, the idea that if we discover the depth of our human condition, we will realize that we are naturally communicative beings. At the same time, this intrinsic capacity for dialogue allows us to increasingly discover our own humanity.”

Each session was a unit in itself, and together they formed a path that anyone could join whenever they wanted; thus, the richness of the experience grew:
- "Flowers of Many Colors" was celebrated in November 2024, exploring the theme of humility and the recognition of limits—one's own, those of others, and those around them. This is the starting point for dialogue as a spiritual path.
- Already in January 2025, "Camino del pozo" (The Way of the Well), focused on interiority and ethical discernment from the depths of conscience.
- And in March, "With Open Hands"—focusing on gratitude and trust as essential elements for dialogue and the meaning of life.
- In May, the final session: "Person to Person," based on horizontal dialogue between people: all of equal dignity.

The closing of this course took place in a mature, serene, and festive atmosphere. There was a clear desire to continue these project sessions with others dedicated to deepening the sense of empathy, of becoming one, the nuances of patience to endure the commitment to a 360-degree dialogue, and, especially, love; the final stage of the journey, without which nothing would make sense.
The participants highlighted the richness of being able to dedicate a day from time to time to stop the pace of daily life, to have the experience of reflecting together, sharing ideas and experiences, learning from each other, having spaces for interiority and also for in-depth dialogue..

Francesc tells us that in lAt the first session, some of the people didn't know each other at all. And "as we've progressed along the path, so has the level of communion and joy in being together. Very quickly, the labels of beliefs and ways of thinking that separate us have fallen away, giving way to the discovery that in the humanity we all share, we find the seeds of brotherhood that unite us in diversity."
In September, information will be released to continue discovering more and more engaging human beings during the 2025/2026 academic year.
