Presentation of the Up2Me Kids Course (online)

Training course on affectivity and sexuality for children and families. An opportunity to grow together as a family unit, developing positive relationships with themselves and others, and developing skills for family and community relationships.

The UP2Me course for children is taught as a family: boys and girls (ages 4 to 8) accompanied by their parents or other role models.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

That children:

• Learn to recognize, accept, and express emotions in a positive way.
• Develop effective communication with your parents.
• Cultivate interiority and self-knowledge.
• Grow in the spiritual dimension (ability to contemplate and transcend)
• Learn to take care of your body, that of others, and nature.

Let families experience this growth together.

METHODOLOGY: participatory dynamics, games, moments of reflection.

STRUCTURE AND OPERATION:

• Duration: 5 to 7 sessions.
• Time: 2 and a half hours per meeting.
• Frequency: every 3-4 weeks.
