Margarita Bavosi, Luminous

On the occasion of Luminosa's 38th anniversary, it will be held on March 7, 2023 at 7 p.m. in the Mariapolis Luminosa Center, a concelebrated Mass of Thanksgiving for the gift of his life and his commitment to the Holy Journey. The testimony of Father José-Damián Gaitán, OCD, will be included.

After the Eucharist, there will be a reading of some pages from Luminosa about union with God. There will also be various testimonies from those who knew her or who are inspired by her in their social work, such as Fr. Fabio Ciardi, omi and the Luminous Action Association from Seville. Finally, the status of the current phase of the Beatification Process will be announced.

Luminous She was Argentine, a consecrated laywoman and was co-responsible for the MFocolare Movement in Spain for 14 years. He died at the age of 44 in Italy, leaving his will: "Now it's your turn," passing on the baton of a life lived in total dedication to fulfilling Jesus' prayer: "That they all may be one."
